For a global chemical company, RHO provided project management and the staff to support help desk services.

The call services provided support for enterprise wide troubleshooting and application resolution to users in UK, North America & Asia Pacific. RHO managed the setup and operation of level 1 support. This group provided call routing and problem tracking to relevant local application technicians/support teams for each region. RHO ensured contracted service levels were met and provided professional incident tracking for service requests. Call center service provided the ‘Follow The Sun’ support model for global users.
