Position Summary:   
The Applications Administrator is part of a support team responsible for administration and support of enterprise business applications including, Financial Force PSA, Accounting, SCM and other installed packages as well as non-Salesforce applications. This role works with system configuration, (maintenance, system enhancements/upgrades, etc.), user provisioning, creation of reports and dashboards, end-user training and data integrations.  The administrator handles end user support request and incidents and is responsible for accurate diagnosis and resolution of application issues that impact workforce productivity.  The applications administrator also partners with IT Business Strategy team and functional leaders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
This role will recognize and make process improvement recommendations.  The person in this role will also leverage prior experience with Salesforce and related applications to improve and optimize the system configuration, and help identify new and creative opportunities to leverage
 Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-user administration and support of the platform, Financial Force and other installed or related applications including Pardot and Callidus Cloud. Duties involve diagnosis and resolution of issues impacting employee productivity and business throughput as well as end-user training.
- Assists with the overall configuration, design, and functionality of enterprise applications.
- Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within
- Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security).
- Support change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
- Collaborate with business strategy team and stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements, and propose solutions that leverage application functionality. Translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency.
- Manage data imports, database de-duping and cleanup.
- Manage the integration of applications connected to, including but not limited to: Financial Force PSA, SCM, FFA, Pardot, Callidus, Vartopia, DocuSign or internally written applications.
- Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
- Support the Business Strategy team in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Services Operations, Information Technology and other business stakeholders to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of our standardized business analytics, tools and processes.
- Engage training team to develop and implement training for end-users. Author and edit training materials and guides for processes related to business applications.


 Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years work experience as Salesforce administrator or in a related role, to include:
o    Experience supporting a user base of at least 500 users
o    Experience in a SaaS environment
o    Experience with at least 1 Full Life-Cycle SFDC, CRM or ERP Implementation, including experience with regular deployments/releases to the environment
Other Required Qualifications  
- Experience with AppExchange and other third-party solutions such as Pardot, Ariba, Vartopia FF PSA, Callidus, DocuSign
- Familiarity with relational databases and related concepts
- Proficient in successfully implementing new technologies
- Experience with technical aspects of Salesforce implementation and ongoing support
- Ability to understand complex business processes and work with both business and IT personnel
- Ability to dig into data, surface actionable insights and demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making skills
- Background creating and interpreting operational metrics and reports
- Demonstrated listening, analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally, including in high-pressure situations
- Proven understanding of data structures and data modeling.
- Able to work independently and lead projects of moderate complexity.
