Analyze existing information systems to maximize system efficiency, performance and automate processing. Manage information technology projects using Company methodology and tools, determining project scope, schedule, and budget, and developing project work plans.

Oversee the development, design, coordination, implementation, analysis, reporting and maintenance of strategic project plans.
Participate in the establishment of corporate-wide applications, facilitate efficient business processes throughout the organization. Also responsible for driving early adoption of new systems and project tools by team members.
Manage personnel, activities and budgets associated with assigned project teams.
Lead project team meetings and ensures that the team is provided routine project updates such as meeting minutes and project updates.
Interface, collaborate and communicate with departments across Company on all phases of IT related project plans.
Develop and maintain milestones, timelines, risk mitigation, goals and objectives for assigned projects.
Provide Management with updates on assigned project activities as necessary or required.
Plan and execute cross functional projects according to defined deadlines, this includes management of the entire PM lifecycle including business case development, scoping, and resourcing.
Provide feedback to departmental managers / supervisors related to personnel assigned to project teams.
Ensure the completion of project documentation in compliance with internal procedures and statutory requirements.
Participate in and/or leads project-related discussions with Company's distribution partners as required for projects. May perform technical training of Company or distribution partner personnel (marketing, sales, technical support) as required.
Coordinate with other respective departments to advance cross functional initiatives.
Lead the implementation of a project in collaboration with management and stakeholders according to specific goals.
Assist on special projects and performs additional duties as assigned.


PMP Certification Required
Education: Bachelor's Degree is required
Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a technical field. 4+ years' experience directly managing projects

Specialized Knowledge, Technical Skills, and Abilities:
Experience in project management, design control, risk management and quality systems.
Demonstrated track record in utilizing established tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) for scheduled development and project tracking.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to function in a matrix management structure.
Strong analytical skills with and attention to detail required.
Excellent teamwork skills.
