The Shipping Execution Supervisor is responsible for handling the warehouse resources and optimize pick, pack, check and ship the orders
The distribution supervisor will also coordinate the staged outbound shipments and work closely with the Customer Service team and Outbound Logistics team

- Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution functions. Should understand goods to person and person to goods terminology
- Effectively manage workforce of warehouse associates to meet the daily distribution requirements.
- Coordinate, plan and schedule freight carriers for outbound transactions.
- Ability to coordinate with all the stake holders to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Provide strong, consistent leadership to maintain company policies, while providing a positive work environment to inspire & motivate workforce. Promote and develop "TEAM” environment within the warehouse.
- Increase Safety Awareness, conduct monthly safety training meetings and address any safety issues and concerns.
- Identify opportunities to optimize process flow and derive operational efficiencies.
- Maintain strong FDA, SOP and cGMP requirements
- Measure and publish key performance metrics of warehouse activities
- Availability to work Overtime: Based on work demands overtime maybe required: Daily, Weekends (Sat & Sun) and/or Holidays. 

PERCENT OF TIME  FREQUENCY   ESSENTIAL DUTIES (List in order of importance – most significant first)
50    Daily    Effectively manage resources of warehouse to meet the daily distribution requirements.
25    Daily    Identify Key Performance areas and do a dynamic load balancing of all the warehouse activities and ensure timely order fulfilment
10    Daily    Measure and publish Key Performance Metrics of warehouse activities
10    Daily    Work with cross functional teams for customer order fulfilment and compliance
5    Daily    Maintain safe work environment


- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a FDA regulated warehousing and distribution environment.
- Warehouse Automation knowledge
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask 

- Hands On Supervisory Skill
- Strong planning, organization and prioritization skills.
- WMS & RF Device experience
- Knowledge of Excel.
- Familiar with inventory procedures and cycle count programs
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- A strong work ethic, integrity, stability, sense of urgency, fairness, and a desire and willingness to take ownership and assume responsibility for the operation.

- Experience with Oracle, SAP or any other ERP systems and WMS systems
- Ability to demonstrate & train employees in the RF applications
- Material Handling Automation
- Industrial Engineer with ability to measure Operational efficiencies
- Lean/ Six Sigma/TQM/5s/Kaizen knowledge
