Description

Our company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. They will be responsible to manage & conduct recruitment in a professional or technical area and execute recruitment strategies within the specified organization/s. Develop close partnership with business leadership to ensure recruitment is consistent with the business goals. Provide full life cycle recruitment support including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending and negotiating offers are all key components of the role. Able to network proactively & extensively in the marketplace to expand and identify the best talent for the roles. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment. 



Qualifications

Requirements: 
- 5 - 7 years' experience with full life cycle recruiting in a Telecommunications environment 
- Experience recruiting and hiring junior to senior level employees 
- Proven experience sourcing talent from a variety of channels 
- Proven experience working through full recruiting life cycle 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
- Knowledge of ATS (SAP Successfactors a plus) 
- Strong negotiating and organizational skills; attention to detail 
- Demonstrated experience understanding the needs of the business 
- Able to work independently 
- Strong business acumen and ability to learn new business areas quickly 
- Must possess strong interpersonal and relationship building experience
