REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Departments Reporting into this function: Pricing, Contracts, Agreements, Medicaid Rebates, Marketing
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES % OF TIME FREQUENCY ESSENTIAL DUTIES
50% Daily Oversee and provide guidance, direction, support and timelines to departments within Sales Operations with specific focus on Pricing
15% Daily Ensure departments within Sales Operations are properly staffed and step in, as needed, to ensure timely support for various business activities (ie-Pricing, Agreements, RFPs, Contracts Loading, Medicaid Processing, Marketing Materials, any ) are completed on time and accurately
15% Weekly Work with Pricing Committee, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Demand Planning, Regulatory, and any other relevent departments to streamline and develop more efficient processes within and between those departments.
10% Weekly Ensure strategic goals & initiatives from Sr. Management are implemented in a timely and effective manner. Examples include optimization of GTN of commercial products; bandwidth to support the growing needs of the business with RFP support
10% Ad Hoc Oversee management of marketing activities for the company including, but not limited to website, promotional materials, industry advertising, tradeshows, and giveaways with various vendors
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Projects that come up on an as-needed basis. For example, may require support for implementation of a Comm Ops-initiated data warehouse.



Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED & REQUIRED
Minimum 10 years experience in generic pharmaceuticals. B.S. required. MBA preferred. Government Pricing experience highly desirable.

Ability to lead a team a must. Needs to embody the Client Way and be a positive influence on the team and extended teams. Should possess confidence and a positive attitude.

Must be able to communicate effectively, be a decision maker and be able to problem solve and provide conflict resolution. Also must be goal oriented, efficient under pressure, plan and organize well and be an effective listener.
