The successful candidate for the Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management (TVM) Analysts position will be an experienced professional who will be responsible for analyzing the data related to vulnerability management program. This team is responsible for the engineering and operations support required for the Cyber Security organization.
The Role of the Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management (TVM) Analyst will be part of a team that is responsible for scanning network for vulnerabilities, reporting and supporting remediation process by engineering solutions and providing operation support. The analyst will be part of a team that will work closely with key stakeholders within TVM team. The analyst will be part of a team that will develop metrics that will measure the effectiveness of practices and controls to mitigate threats and vulnerabilities on a periodic basis; and develop dashboards that illustrate the effectiveness of risk mitigation over time.

Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring health of scheduled vulnerability scans via automation.

  • Responsible for improving scanning effectiveness by baselining current scanning activities and measuring the improvements of fine tuning.
  • Contribute in continuous improvement of the vulnerability score model by verifying and advising changes to the model.
  • Help identify metrics and KPIs that could be tracked in order to measure the operational efficiency and remediation effort.
  • Apply a variety of analysis tools to interpret data and identify key learnings and patterns.
  • Produce visualizations of data to monitor for developing trends/patterns and highlight areas of potential improvement.
  • Automate the vulnerability management processes to improve operation efficiency.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Computer Sciences, or equivalent prior work experience in a related field.
- Five to six years of experience in vulnerability management program.
- Automation
- Knowledge of scripting language - Python.
- Exposure to REST APIs.
- Exposure to any database integration - MS-SQL preferred.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, O365 preferred).
- Strong analytical skills (i.e., technical and non-technical problem solving skills).
- Good oral and written communications skills.
