Description:

  • Take the lead in the design, implementation and support of new Workday HCM functionality, particularly around both internal and external integrations
  • Actively pursue innovative initiatives and improvements in current processes
  • Gather/document business requirements for change requests (break/fix)
  • Create test scripts, document test scenarios and perform testing activities
  • Execute data conversion and data validation activities
  • Resolve issues and defects reported
  • Manage implementation phase of projects as well as 2X/year upgrades
  • Perform mass data loads in Workday (EIBs)
  • Develop and document internal HRIS SOPs partnering with HR Resource Center to ensure process documentation remains current


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with Workday implementation, support and maintenance projects
  • 7-10 years of experience in the IT space
  • Need to have hands-on experience in EIB, Cloud Connector, Workday Studio, creating and maintaining Workday integrations
  • Report creation using Workday Report writer and a strong understanding of Workday configuration highly preferred
  • Experience with web service integrations (SOAP, WSDL, XML); working knowledge of XSLT and working knowledge of XSLT editors, such as Oxygen
