Client is a vertically integrated pharmaceutical company that delivers innovative solutions across a broad range of therapeutic areas. It is responsible for, the development, manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of store brand Over the Counter (OTC) products.

The position plays a key leadership role within the Company. This individual will have a pivotal role in maximizing the market share and improving the profitability of the division. This position reports into the Executive Vice President and will be based in Dayton, New Jersey.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Developing the long and short terms strategy for maximizing growth
- Assess each product family needs and identify gaps through gap analysis to maximize market share
- Deep dive into therapeutic category to identify opportunity areas
- Managing the commercial evaluation and planning of new product launches via internal development and/or corporate development, including collaboration and integration with R&D, project management, marketing, business development, IP/legal and finance teams
- Identify and develop potential business opportunities
- Identifying new areas for market penetration and growth opportunities for the company
- Develop market share and product revenue forecasts
- Provide business analytics and rolling forecasts to supply chain
- Develop pre-launch, launch or annual marketing strategies
- Develop, execute and manage all marketing programs from concept to implementation
- Develop, manage and monitor all marketing budgets
- Supports business unit and sales management in the execution of strategy for specific opportunities and presentations to potential clients
- Analyze and report sales data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement
- Responsible for portfolio management of all products
- Project Management for key internal projects
- Coordinating with India teams for manufacturing and R&D
- Support pricing and business models with support function to ensure optimization of profitability through robust pricing system
- Label control and design for all store brand and control brand products
- Work with Art Projects team to oversee all package development


- Undergraduate degree is required
- Master in business or marketing specialization preferred
- A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in executing in a similar business environment, preferably with a breadth of functional and/or industry experience is required
- Experience using syndicated data and marketing tools is required
- Demonstrated track record of people development people management is preferred
