JOB SUMMARY
Pharmaceutical experience is a must. The manager of warehouse Operations is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse and Labelling activities including, receiving materials, stocking, maintenance of inventory in documents and systems like ERP. shipping including but not limited to finished goods or return to vendor and overseas shipments of cGMP and general material and receiving of raw materials, packaging material, printed packaging material, machinery and general items ordered by all department. Oversee maintenance of records and inventory electronic systems related to above activities.
Responsibilities includes maintaining warehouse (s) and performing administrative duties within the department.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Associate Manager labelling and shipping department and their respective departments will report.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Manage warehouse and labelling departments to fulfill daily requirements of packaging and dispensing group.
2. Communicating with custom brokers and port FDA for releasing overseas shipments.
3. Manage department and enforcing and implementing safety procedures.
4. Manage and communicate with QC for received shipments and sampling activities.
5. Manage and communicate with production and packaging for movement of material between Client facilities and warehouse (s).
6. Maintain all warehouse facilities under GMP compliance conditions with proper documentation
7. Provide required training, coach and mentor warehouse employees ensuring warehouse employees follow SOP and quality procedures.
8. Ensure all systems like ERP and WMS up running at best and keeping inventory up to date stock on systems and documents.
9. Work together with QC, Manufacturing, Packaging and QA and other departments maintaining / building friendly approach among Client team
10. Administrative duties related to warehouse and labeling departments.

PERCENT OF TIME - FREQUENCY - ESSENTIAL DUTIES 
85% - Daily - Managing Warehouse and Labelling departments and coordination with different departments
5% - Daily - Enforcing safety regulations
5% - Daily - Change control procedure for SOP to review and improvement of operation
5% - Daily - Continuous improvement of warehouse operations

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
And perform other duties as assigned

 


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
1. A bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations
2. A Good awareness of pharmaceutical operations covering cGMP guidelines

1. A Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience
2. Or a Master's degree with minimum 7 years of experience
